Abstract
Man faces crisis. He has to face crisis. He is bound to face crisis. Thus man willy-nilly faces crises infinite times from cradle to coffin. In this regard man is quite helpless. Also man creates crisis. Thus crisis may be both natural and manmade. In fact for both natural and manmade crises he is singularly liable. Manmade crisis occurs either due to callousness or intention or both simultaneously. Further, crisis may be temporary, seasonal or permanent. Traffic in a busy city is temporary, flood or draught is seasonal and unemployment or refugee is permanent crisis in nature.
