Abstract

Healthcare management refers to the process of planning, organizing, directing, and supervising the delivery of health services with the goal of improving the quality of life and health of individuals in society. This type of management is particularly important because it directly addresses the healthcare needs of the population and has a significant impact on the quality and effectiveness of health services. Accordingly, the present study aims to examine the foundations, principles, and management strategies in the health system. The research method is descriptive-analytical, utilizing library resources. The findings indicate that management in various sectors of the health system should be designed to strengthen interaction and synergy between these sectors. The public sector can facilitate collaboration with the private and charitable sectors through regulation and policymaking. On the other hand, the private sector can contribute by providing innovative services, and charitable organizations can support underprivileged groups, thereby complementing government efforts. Cooperation among these sectors can lead to optimal resource utilization and overall improvement in community health. Management in each sector requires a deep understanding of its specific objectives and challenges. Coordination and collaboration between sectors can positively affect public health and reduce gaps in service delivery.
