Abstract

After examining the various statements of jurists, aiding in crime can be defined as follows: If a person does not have any intervention in the executive operation that constitutes the crime, but rather his role is secondary and natural and is related to matters such as preparing the preparations for the crime or encouraging and instigating the perpetrator of the crime, he is considered an accessory to the crime. However, regarding the ruling on aiding in crime, it should be said that the jurists of the Shiite system have unanimously ruled that it is forbidden. This article attempts to write down and review the opinions of the jurists, narrations, articles and notes of the law in different stages and sections related to the subject. Finally, aiding in crime is discussed and separated into intentional and unintentional crimes.
