Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy

The International Invention of Scientific Journal (IISJ) is a self-sustaining, open-access journal and does not receive financial support from any government agency or external institution. The operational and publication costs of the journal are supported through Article Processing Charges (APC), which are payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Purpose of APC

The APC is used to cover essential publishing services, including:

• Management of the peer review process
• Professional copyediting and formatting
• Online hosting and publication
• Website maintenance and server costs
• Digital archiving and indexing support
• Administrative and editorial operations

Important Note

• No submission fee is charged
• APC is applicable only after acceptance of the manuscript
• Editorial decisions are made independently of authors’ ability to pay

Discounts & Waivers

IISJ supports equitable access to publication and offers the following:

• Authors from developing countries: 30% discount
• Editorial Board Members / Editors: 50% discount
• Repeat authors: 20% discount (if no previous discount applied)
• Additional waivers may be granted based on:
  • Author’s country
  • Financial constraints
  • Quality and significance of the manuscript

Editorial Independence

All editorial decisions are based solely on the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the manuscript.

Editors and reviewers do not have access to payment information and are not influenced by APC considerations.

Refund Policy

• APC becomes payable only after final acceptance
• All payments are non-refundable once processed
• Authors are responsible for completing the payment after acceptance
